Studio 21 Yarm is owned by Vicky Rees, a fully qualified and insured Pilates Teacher with the Body Control Pilates Association. Body Control Pilates teachers are required to complete an extensive course covering over 100 hours theory, followed by a practical xamination, a written examination and over 60 hours of supervised teaching with more senior teachers. This lengthy process ensures t hat Body Control Pilates Teachers are of a high standard.

Vicky has worked with many elite and international athletes and is currently the Pilates teacher for Middlesbrough Football Club.

Vicky is REPs Level 3 qualified, The Register of Exercise Professionals ("REPs") is a self-regulatory organisation to promote the interests of people using the services of exercise and fitness instructors.

Body Control Pilates
