Pilates & Yoga 121s

If you’re new to Pilates and Yoga or haven’t exercised in a while, a 121 is a great way to work out at your own pace and level to become familiar with the exercises and technique. 

If you’re already attending classes and would like to progress further and faster, 121s are an ideal way to achieve this, working with an expert teacher you’ll see and feel the benefits faster than you would in a class.
