Postnatal/Family Pilates Classes in Yarm

It’s been a good few months since we ran the Postnatal Pilates classes in Yarm and we’ve been getting so many requests to start the class up again. So it’s back with a few changes, you can now bring your children along to the class as well as your babies. It’s a fun class that’s suitable for complete beginners.

Postnatal/Family Pilates Class

STARTING Thursday 21st February.

If you have any antenatal pilates class credits left, they can be used in this class.
